Call the Midwife star Judy Parfitt snipped with a pair of scissors after a pregnant pause to open the new Miss Mabel’s in Burgess Hill.

The television and stage actress had a date on Saturday morning at the new premises, which was needed because of the success of Miss Mabel’s, which held party day to celebrate.
