Reginald Hamper, 87, of Summerfield Road, West Wittering: Fined £133 after admitting drink-driving (84mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Rookwood Road, West Wittering, on January 10, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Paulo Eduardo Dias De Sousa Henriques, 40, of Essex Road, Bognor Regis: Fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Marine Parade, Brighton, on March 21, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Guy Vinall, 59, of Caledonian Road, Chichester: Fined £120 after admitting harassment without violence by sending text messages, Facebook messages, video and voice calls in Chichester between January 13 and March 21, 2022. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge.

Darren Harvey, 29, of Chatsworth Road, Chichester: Must pay £300 compensation, £81 costs, £34 victim surcharge after admitting damaging a wing mirror in Station Approach, Chichester, on March 13, 2022.

Janet Phillips, 53, of Conduit Mead, Chichester: Fined £138 after admitting drink-driving (87mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Swanfield Drive, Chichester, on August 7, 2022. She must pay £85 costs, £55 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Martin Davies, 30, of Bay Bridge Crescent, Felpham: Fined £560 after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Stanhorn Grove, Felpham, on August 10, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £224 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Joshua Galea, 19, of St Richard's Road, Westergate: Fined £200 after admitting drink-driving (67mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chatsworth Road, Worthing, on August 13, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £80 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
