Cliff study is not political
I would like to assure Mr and Mrs Gladman that this is not a party political issue. Amber Rudd MP, like Sara Owen, has met a concerned resident and a representative of the FPT and is very helpful. Her predecessor, Michael Foster MP, earned the respect of all for his support over similar issues. It is essential that there is the maximum possible support across the board to bring the necessary works to completion.
This matter will be discussed at the Fairlight Parish Assembly on Friday 30 May. There will be an opportunity for all parishioners to hear about and discuss the latest position. In the meantime I am sure any parish councillor or trustee of the FPT would be happy to talk to residents – contact details are on notice boards and the Fairlight Village Website.
