Storage firm quickly becoming giant in its industry

A STORAGE firm which has been open for just one year has ambitious plans for nationwide expansion after the success of its first branch.

Titan Self Storage, which started life in Littlehampton, already has a second branch in Bracknall, and opened in Braintree last week.

The Littlehampton business, based in the Riverside Industrial Estate, opened in July last year, and proved popular with residents and businesses.

Executive manager Karen Wozniak, said the success was down to providing the ‘ultimate customer service’.

She said: “We wanted to break the mould completely.

“In Littlehampton, there were other storage companies, but in our view, we wanted to offer more of a customer-focussed service, rather than just a room and a key.”

The initial investment cost a total of £3 million, and company directors expect to break even by November.
