Woman on Beachy Head cliff edge in dangerous weather
Police were called to Beachy Head after a report of a woman on the cliff edge in the dangerous winds of Storm Doris.
Officers attended and made contact with the woman around 3.45pm yesterday (Thursday).
She was reported to have been returned to safety by 4.30pm, according to Sussex Police.
But the woman was later detained under the Mental Health Act and taken to hospital in Worthing.
