BIKE SAFETY: In Worthing
Worthing Borough Council and NSL Services have organised a bike safety day on Sunday, November 29.
As well as a bike sale, the event at Worthing Leisure Centre in Shaftesbury Avenue, will include free bike postcoding by Sussex Police.

Hide AdThe police will also be on hand to give out advice on bike security.
West Sussex County Council staff will also be at the event, which takes place from 9am until noon.
They will talk about safer cycling and cycle routes in Worthing, plus assist those people wishing to access cheaper travel for their children with a 3-in-1 travelcard.
When it comes to the bike sale, people are encourage to bring along their children's old bikes to sell.
There is no need to book an appointment at the event.
