Latest crime figures for Worthing show rise in recorded offences

Crime has increased year-on-year in Worthing, according to the latest police recorded figures.

There were 8,005 reported offences during the 12 months to September 2018, data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) shows.

That is up by nine per cent on the previous year, when 7,360 incidents were recorded.
