Garden Is Rosy
Nearby residents and a police crime prevention officer were both involved in planning the improvements to the riverside Arun Street Garden, which in the past suffered from vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
Overgrown shrubs, which previously gave cover to the offenders, have been replaced with smaller species, and a new fence and pathway, as well as other new plants, were included in the facelift.

Hide AdPart of the funding, 600, came from an Arun District Council Tidy Arun grant. The cheque was presented by Arun councillors for Arundel, Clive Gardner and Bill Redman, to Lady Arundel, president of the Arundel Society, which looks after the garden.
