The following are the latest results contributed by HM Courts Service, for cases sentenced by West Sussex Magistrates' Court sitting at Worthing and Chichester from September 26 to 30, 2016.

Paul Gilmartin, 52, of The Strand, Ferring, was given a community order with 14-week curfew, electronically monitored, between 8pm and 8am after admitting using threatening words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence at the Tudor Close pub, Ferring, on January 30, 2016; and two charges of assault by beating at the Tudor Close pub, Ferring, on January 30, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Martin Rushby, 27, of Greenside, Helyers Green, Littlehampton, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Alcohol Treatment Requirement after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Chichester between June 18, 2016, and June 30, 2016. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting assault by beating in Chichester on August 26, 2016. He was given an eight-week consecutive prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Chichester on August 21, 2016. He must pay £115 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Martin Scales, 35, of Manor Lea, Boundary Road, Worthing, was fined £140 after admitting using threatening words or behaviour, which was racially aggravated, in Worthing on November 1, 2015. He was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £450 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing £450 damage to a vehicle in Worthing on December 24, 2105.

Victoria Fullick, 36, of Penhill Road, Lancing, was fined £405 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required by police in Lancing on September 10, 2016. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Kyle Manvell, 24, of Cotswold Road, Worthing, was fined £85 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Worthing, on September 11, 2016.

George Marks, 19, of Meadowside, Angmering, was fined £185 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (145mg benzoylecgonine) in Roundstone Lane, Angmering, on July 22, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

William Selway, 20, of Kings Barn Villas, Steyning, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (10ug/L Delta-9-THC) in Brighton Road, Lancing, on July 8, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Daniel Hunt, 21, of Shelby Road, Durrington, was fined £20 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, for being in charge of a vehicle in Columbia Drive, Durrington, while over the drug-drive limit (26mcg/L cocaine) on June 10, 2016. He was also fined £20 for being in charge of a vehicle in Columbia Drive, Durrington, while over the drug-drive limit (124mcg/L benzoylecgnine) on June 10, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Tina Jackaman, 37, of New Broadway, Tarring Road, Worthing, was fined £120 and must pay £2,757 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs, after admitting causing £2,758 damage to various items in Worthing on August 17, 2016. She was also given a restraining order.

Sergei Kolpakov, 54, of St Augustine Road, Littlehampton, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving at Sainsbury’s, Lyons Farm, Worthing, on September 12, 2016, while disqualified. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting drink-driving (108mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) at Sainsbury’s, Lyons Farm, Worthing, on September 12, 2016. He must pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Hayden Wheeler, 24, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £40 costs, after admitting driving in St John’s Road, Chichester, on August 28, 2016, without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Brian Talbot, 78, of Boundstone Lane, Sompting, was fined £300 and must pay £50 victim surcharge after admitting failing to stop after an accident that caused damage to other vehicles in South Street, Lancing, on April 11, 2016. He must pay £85 costs after admitting driving without due care and attention in South Street, Lancing, on April 11, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Alexander Bridge, 42, of Westmead Gardens, West Avenue, Worthing, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting drug-driving (556ug/L benzoylecgonine) on the A259 Roundstone Bypass on June 24, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted failing to give his name and address when required by a police constable in Angmering on June 24, 2016, no separate penalty.

Cristian Cujba, 32, of Queens Road, Worthing, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Mountbatten Way, Southampton, on February 22, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
