Italian extravaganza returns to Horsham
A number of events between Good Friday (April 18) and Easter Monday (April 21) will be taking place in the town centre, to mark the eighth annual Italian extravaganza.
The weekend begins with a parade of Ducati motorbikes and classic Ferraris at 10.30am on Friday, before the vehicles park in The Forum and the Bishopric.

Hide AdItalian Job-style Minis will parade through the town centre on Saturday, while a collection of supercars and motorbikes will be stationed in the town centre through the weekend.
Fashion is another vital part of the Piazza Italia experience, and presentations of some top fashion styles will begin at 11am on Good Friday under the B52’s canopy in Piries Place.
Horsham Museum have Maria Gallenga’s stunning Italian shawl on display, while also holding an Italian trail and town historical display for people to explore.
The museum is open from 11am to 4pm on Good Friday and Easter Monday and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.

Hide AdThe festival would not be complete without examples of the famous Italian cuisine, with the visiting Italian market set to star.
Italia in Piazza are bringing their own Prosecco grotto for off sales of Italian bubbly, and event partner, local Hepworth’s Brewery, provide the event’s own Piazza Italia beer.
Many other events and competitions will take place over the weekend.
Organised by Horsham District Council, Piazza Italia is free to attend and town parking is free on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
