Plans for Natural England's ambitious long-distance walking route around the coast of England will be put on display in our areas.

Once completed, it will be a well-marked 2,700 mile long National Trail, and will give people an opportunity to enjoy diverse, dynamic and stunning coastal landscapes as well as potentially boosting the local economy. Although in its very early stages, Natural England, working closely with local authorities and partners, is currently investigating the potential route of the path from Highcliffe in Hampshire to Shoreham – covering 145 miles.

Drop-in sessions about the plans will be held from 5pm to 7.30pm on: March 11, at Heene community Centre, Worthing; March 16, at Dove Lodge, 49 Beach Road, Littlehampton; April 11, at Felpham Village Hall and April 12, at Shoreham Beach Primary School.
