Former Liverpool and England striker Michael Owen feels Brighton are in for a testing time in the Premier League against Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea at Stamford Bridge tonight

Graham Potter's Brighton are six points above the drop and still require a few more points on the board to be certain of their Premier League status for next season.

Albion drew 0-0 last time out against Everton but Chelsea are a team bang in form at the moment and are fresh from their FA Cup semi-final victory against Man City.

Potter's men will hope Chelsea's players will be distracted by all the talk of the club's possible involvement in the European Super League.

Owen feels Brighton are almost safe but said Chelsea will have too much for them tonight.

"Fresh from their fantastic FA Cup win against Manchester City, Chelsea host Brighton at Stamford Bridge," wrote Owen in his Bet Victor predictions blog."A win will take the Blues into the top four, so with plenty to play for, there is no doubt Thomas Tuchel will see this as a crucial three points.

"Brighton are pretty much safe. They’ve earned plenty of plaudits this campaign, and if they can get their recruitment right over the summer, the Seagulls could potentially do a lot better next season.
