New Chichester group will get you up and running

Benefits include meeting new people, losing weight, boosting your self-esteem and confidence, getting fit and feeling good about yourself.
The Run Chichester group is part of a Run England initiative to get people running for fitness and fun as part of a healthy lifestyle.
It will run on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6.30pm at the Chichester College sports pavilion, with the first session on Tuesday, February 3.
